Furnishing Package Step by Step Process
1. Client fills in contact details form in 'Contact Us' section on the website or sends seperate contact email to info@smilepropertymanagement.com
2. Client then receives an email/phone call from SMILE Property Management and is forwarded proposed package option. SAMPLE PDF
3. SMILE PropertyManagement forwards final quote based on end user requirement, floor plan and budget
4. Client confirms "Package", SMILE Property Management forwards Bank details and terms & conditions which on return confirms package order.
5. Client signs contract terms & conditions and faxes to SMILE Property Management on (009) 0252 313 7180
6. Client pays through bank transfer
7. Upon completion a full property checklist will be emailed for confirmation of itemized list
8. Full set of digital photographs of every room will be forwarded to the client for verification purposes.
